About Sinclair Experience
Sinclair Experience was founded by Martin Dowson to share his passion for User Centred Design and enable his clients to develop their own internal skills in creating compelling customer experiences.
Martin has an MA in Psychology from Edinburgh University where he focused on Social Psychology and Internet Culture.
After working in Sales & Marketing for P&G, a commercial radio station and IBM UK Labs he found himself in the world's top management consultancy at the peak of "that bubble" at the crest of a "Usability" wave.
As the UK Lead for User Experience at Accenture Martin worked with FTSE100 companies to create compelling user and customer experiences. Martin has worked as the Customer Experience Architect for one of the UK's Top Retail Banks, a Top 3 Grocer, International Airlines and International Services and Utilities companies. It is this experience combined with his passion for creating more compelling interactions in the day to day activity of life that has led to the creation of Sinclair Experience Ltd.

The Sinclair Experience team share Martin's passion but more importantly they share the experience of implementing and training User Centred Design principles in blue chip companies, like yours.
